recipe: breakfast shake

Ingredients:

1 Cup frozen mixed berries (or just one berry of your choosing, no biggie)
1 Serving of fat-free, sugar-free vanilla yogurt (can also vary on this too if you want to try strawberry or something)
1 banana
Skim Milk (to texture)

Put all of this in a blender and blend it up.
Add more milk until it’s drinkable.
Enjoy the shit out of it.
