
Last night consisted of a little more dramz than I really anticipated, so a little bit of comfort food was in order. Yesterday, all I had was a coffee, piece of toast and a salad with some low-fat chicken salad on top…and about 40 gallons of water. So last night, with a Coke Zero in hand, I made a little plate of nachos…with 2% cheese, a little bit of ground beef (93% lean) and some salsa and lettuce at about 7. I was up for a few hours after that and took the dog for a walk as well, so I think I did pretty well considering I wanted eat rows 1 through 18 at the grocery store. Why, when I have a bad day , do I feel entitled to piles of fattening food? I don’t know. But I think I did well considering.
Monday, I weighed in at 144 and this morning, I was a svelte 142. We are going down to Clemson, SC this weekend to visit some college girlfriends I haven’t seen in a while…and next weekend, the boyfriend and I are headed to the beach to surf, so I have trying to behave so I can look my best for the trips. I will have to wait to work out until after work today as the boyfriend has the car today. I made him promise to go after work. At this rate, and the support we have been getting from readers and friends, I am confident this is something we can do!

Good luck in your endeavors…I need to try and lose some poundage before I have to fit into a bridesmaid dress next summer. yuck!
